English C1/C2 and German C1/C2 preferable
Own the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process, in line with TELUS Digital’s goal to deliver Beautiful Customer Experience at all stages of the recruitment cycle
Drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency
Working with the Global TA team to ensure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs and use of ATS
Experience in delivering recruitment results in organizations with rapid and complex change management.
The ability to create world-class standards with recruitment processes and tools with a passion for talent development.
Significant experience in-house or agency as a hands on recruiter in a fast moving, hands-on environment
Minimum of 2-4 year’s recruitment experience
Bilingual English is essential, a further language is always helpful
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline a plus
