THE ROLE & THE TEAM The Data Platform organization is providing Zalando with a reliable and secure environment for storing and processing data. We drive data engineering productivity and data security through interoperable services for data transformation, storage, serving, exchange, and orchestration, as well as data access management, metadata management, and data discovery. Within the Data Platform organization, the Data Repository team is responsible for managing the petabyte scale Data Lake and Mesh of Zalando, providing pipelines and tooling to ensure security and compliance.
