Training & Clinical Specialist (m/f/d) wanted for Bentley
Your mission
* Sharing knowledge and educating with passion to advancing expertise on Endovascular Interventions focusing on the Peripheral Arterial and Venous field
* Training Excellence: Creating a top-notch training program for new and existing Sales Team
* Continuously improve internal training program by proactively converting company strategy into training initiatives
* Executing Training Programs in collaboration with Product Management
* Increase procedural and product awareness globally though educational activities and field (case) support
* Co-travel with direct and indirect sales teams to improve clinical and product knowledge
* To apply the knowledge of vascular diseases and endovascular devices to the overall goal of improving the clinical outcome of patient care
Your profile
* At least 5 years of clinical field experience within Endovascular Intervention (arterial/venous)
* Self-management and organizational skills for planning educational activities
* You have a high self-motivation, and you are a team player
* You possess excellent communication skills and business acumen
* Additionally, if you have Sales Training experience it would be a plus
* English fluent, German or French languages desirable, any other languages an advantage
* You live close to a well-connected international airport in Germany (preferred), France, or the BeNeLux.
