We are looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead strategy, execution, and team development in a dynamic payroll and software solutions environment. This role combines leadership, commercial growth, and hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape integrated sales and marketing initiatives while driving measurable business impact.
Lead, develop, and manage a 5-person sales and marketing team with both disciplinary and functional responsibility.
Define and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy focused on acquiring new mid-sized business customers and expanding software solution sales.
Plan, manage, and control all sales, marketing, and customer retention activities, including budget responsibility.
Analyze market, customer, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and refine product and pricing strategies.
Drive process optimization and digitalization projects in sales and marketing.
Build and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships, representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in sales and marketing, ideally in payroll or software solutions.
Proven team leadership experience with a hands-on approach.
Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and independent working style.
Confident communicator in German and English, with natural networking ability.
