Position: Resource Coordinator (f/m/x)
Location: Hamburg (Hybrid work model - partial remote work possible upon agreement)
About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a renowned manufacturer of wind turbines, we are seeking a Resource Coordinator to join the Resource Management Team for the North & Eastern Europe region. Reporting directly to the Head of Site Pool, this role focuses on the effective coordination and deployment of White-Collar professionals within the Site Pool.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure White-Collar staff are deployment-ready for offshore assignments within and outside the region (e.g., Netherlands, UK), including necessary training, PPE, and certification uploads.
* Prepare and manage documentation such as hiring-out agreements, project agreements, and purchase orders using SAP/Ariba .
* Provide team support regarding site- or country-specific requirements.
* Develop and coordinate an annual deployment plan for a team of up to 30 colleagues, considering site requests, holidays, training needs, and individual preferences.
* Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to maintain alignment and engagement with team members.
* Assist in management reporting and analysis related to team composition, resource utilization, and gap identification.
Your Profile:
* Passionate about renewable energy and committed to driving change.
* Completed a commercial apprenticeship or possess a comparable qualification.
* Experience in the offshore wind industry is a strong advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows 365 .
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Familiarity with SAP/Ariba is a plus.
* Highly committed and reliable.
* Fluent in English and German .
