A client in the consumer products industry is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the team for an interim period of 3–6 months. You will deliver monthly financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, as well as provide ad-hoc insights to support commercial and operational decisions. The role reports to the EMEA Commercial Finance Director and aims to enhance performance through clear, actionable financial recommendations.
Responsibilities
* Deliver monthly financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support commercial and operational decisions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to present clear, actionable financial recommendations
* Synthesise complex data into concise reports for senior leadership
* Operate independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
* 3–4 years’ experience in a finance analytics role
* Consulting background with experience presenting findings and recommendations
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
* Highly proficient in Excel
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Fluency in written and spoken German & English
