What we ask
* Academic working and thinking level; master degree in (international) business, marketing, strategic management or finance
* 5-7 years working experience, preferably within marketing, business development, sales, category management
* Strong communication and networking skills (proficient in spoken and written English and German)
* Proactive, result-oriented and data driven mentality
* Strong analytical and category development skills, and proven track record in data driven improvement initiatives
* Excellent social and influencing skills; internally and externally (at customer)
* Dare to challenge and eager to learn self-starter
* Understanding basic business financials
* Proficient knowledge of PowerBI and excellent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

Vacancy description
* Building 360 brand plan based on product, price, promotion and placement, in close cooperation with the Global Chocomel and Valess brand team, sales and finance
* Perform ongoing customer and market deepdives to identify key opportunities for Chocomel and Valess per customer
* Translate customer and shopper data into actionable insights and appealing selling stories, and support sales in customer meetings to build the Chocomel and Valess brand in the German market
* Translate Global brand strategy and category vision to customer specific strategic brand plans
* Collaborate with Business Development to build on 3YP and 12Q for Chocomel
* Support sales in preparation of account plans to grow the Chocomel and Valess business at our key accounts
* Manage NPD implementation projects for Chocomel and Valess to ensure commercial acceleration and execution
* Build 360 marketing campaigns in line with the Global Chocomel and Valess brand assets to grow the Chocomel and Valess brand in Germany
* Manage Chocomel and Valess P&L and budgets
