Key Account Manager for Gas Detection Technology
Are you a seasoned sales professional with experience in managing large/key accounts and developing long-term business relationships?
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth and manage key client relationships in Germany, focusing on the Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Managing the German market based on company strategic objectives
2. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue in target sectors
3. Managing and growing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and references
4. Identifying and actively acquiring new customers
5. Qualifying opportunities
6. Performing on-site presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners
7. Negotiating contracts and closing deals in line with company policies
8. Following up with support from the Application Engineering team, including product trainings to customers
9. Preparing regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance analyses
10. Ensuring data accuracy in our CRM system
The ideal candidate should have:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree
2. Experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in CAPEX, Instrumentation/non-destructive testing (NDT) devices
3. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
4. People management experience
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
6. Good computer skills and experience working with a CRM system
7. Fluency in English and German (verbal and writing)
