Your impact: Administrative Support : Offer administrative support related to various HR functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations. HR Systems Maintenance : Maintain and update various HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Document Preparation : Prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and professionalism. Time-Tracking and Attendance : Monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance. Qualifications: Educational Background: completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on human resources, or equivalent experience. Experience: experience in HR administration is a plus Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in German. Skills needed to be successful in this role: Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
