Customer Success Manager – Datacenter Services As a Customer Success Manager you will be the operational and contractual point of contact for a portfolio of data-center customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and high satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Service Delivery and Operations teams to resolve issues, manage expectations, and support contract renewals and growth opportunities. Handle customer enquiries including service requests, complaints, and incident cases via ServiceNow or equivalent tools. Conduct the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and drive follow-up actions Support internal, external and customer audits as required Required Skills & Experience Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a service provider, IT consultancy, or IT sales environment. Experience using CRM and service management tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow. Strong customer-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving ability.
