Aufgaben
We are now looking for a Planner/Co-ordinator to join our team. You will be organising and allocating Statutory Inspections in a timely manner to ensure compliance of each item. You will also plan effective and efficient routes to ensure that all Engineer Surveyors have a manageable workload.
Responsibilities and authority:
Contribute to the planning of Statutory Inspections.
Allocation of workload in a geographical manner to minimise non-productive travel.
Communicate with customer and users to book appointment slots as required.
Provide monthly forecast reports to customers as required.
Identify any potential shortfalls which require escalation to ensure compliance.
Manage data entries for Statutory Inspection reports.
Manage and file all Statutory Inspection reports and distribute to customers.
Contribute to weekly efficiency reporting.
Contribute into development of Web based reporting portal.
Prepare information for and attend periodic customer meetings.
Qualifikationen
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrable experience working in a similar planning/coordination position.
Experience of being in a high pressurised customer focussing role.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
A good collaborator with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, who demonstrates a proactive approach.
Able to work unsupervised.
Organised & excellent attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great problem solver.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desirable Experience:
Experience working within the Lift Industry.
