Are you passionate about leading change and empowering teams through transformation? We’re supporting a world-class industrial business in their S/4HANA deployment journey and are looking for a Change & Training Manager to drive success across multiple European entities.
Your Mission
As the Change & Training Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation, ensuring smooth adoption of S/4HANA across key business units. You’ll work closely with global and local teams to shape change strategies, deliver impactful training, and keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and impact assessments.
* Define and implement effective communication plans to support change initiatives.
* Coordinate and track training activities across the division.
* Collaborate with Local Change Managers to tailor change plans to specific entities.
* Align training and change efforts with global and local teams.
* Monitor and report on change progress and training effectiveness.
* Serve as a key liaison between divisional leadership, program management, and implementation teams.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in change management within large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience coordinating training programs across diverse teams and geographies.
* Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
