Your tasks
9. Designing the definition of the technical KPIs of the main system
10. Collaboration in the coordination of KPIs with the relevant stakeholders
11. Independent preparation of reports to measure technical performance, identification of risky and critical issues including measures for relevant stakeholders
12. Determination of technical completion levels of services (delivery items)
13. Consolidation of statuses from sub-system level to program level
14. Identification of technical risks in project execution and support in the definition of technical control measures
15. Independent implementation of controlling rounds to evaluate technical progress
16. Generating technical KPI dashboards and determining the technical degree of completion of the individual services and work packages of the overall program
17. Implementation of the planning baselines in the technical KPIs and dashboards
18. Updating project forecasts based on actual values and contributing to risk assessments of the main system
19. Escalation of deviations in project progress from planning
20. Root cause analysis for deviations and recommendation of control measures
Your profile
21. Completed university degree in the fields of (business) engineering, economics or a comparable qualification
22. Additional qualification in Six Sigma, Systems Engineering, IPMA or comparable
23. First relevant professional experience in project planning and control
24. Product knowledge in the field of naval shipbuilding
25. Expert knowledge of SAP, MS Office
26. Methodological competence and a structured approach
27. High level of teamwork and communication skills
