About the Role
The Strategic Growth Specialist will oversee the implementation of business objectives among our sales, marketing, and business development professionals. This includes comparing current sales numbers to desired quotas, delegating tasks among team members, and meeting with upper management to discuss progress.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential markets with expected revenue generation in 3-5 year timeframe
* Develop and manage relationships with external partners and ecosystems
* Facilitate growth opportunities with strategic partners
* Support ad hoc business reporting on opportunities, markets, and/or current business trends
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years experience in engineering or equivalent role
* 2+ years experience in similar business development or marketing role
* 12-15 years experience in semiconductor industry with a semiconductor manufacturer
* Strong influencing skills to communicate up and down in matrix organization
* International travel experience in Europe, Asia, and Americas
* Demonstrated ability to present complex technical topics to audiences from engineering to C-level
