Your tasks
9. Active marketing of all pharmacy-only or prescription-only products in the product portfolio
10. Conducting sales and consulting meetings for the sales territory, as well as establishing and strengthening contacts with pharmacies.
11. Placement of distribution campaigns for OTC and RX products as well as new product launches
12. Initiation and coordination of POS sales promotion activities
13. Conclusion of bonus agreements and implementation of the requirements of the pharmacy pricing system on an individual pharmacy basis according to specifications.
14. Planning and organization of training events for pharmacy staff
15. Analysis of the market and regulatory situation based on IMS data or sales data in relevant market segments.
16. Independent complaint management and claims processing including returns
17. Administrative tasks, in particular reporting and notification based on the relevant CRM processes and compliance guidelines.
18. IMS sales figures in the sales territory, distribution results, sell-in revenue target achievement assessed based on in-house figures, budget adherence for other costs, and quotas within the framework of the pricing system.
Your profile
19. Completed commercial training or studies
20. Ideally, you already have some initial professional experience in pharmacy sales.
21. Ideally, you already have good contacts with pharmacies in the area.
22. Already has initial experience in targeting, core target group management, and area analysis.
23. Ideally, initial documented sales successes.
24. Confident demeanor, teamwork skills, strong communication skills and high level of commitment
25. Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style
26. Good IT skills (especially Excel)
