Your mission
Join our elite engineering team building next-generation situational awareness systems at the intersection of human decision-making and artificial intelligence. You will architect and implement real-time fullstack platforms that fuse massive streams of sensor data with AI agentic orchestration, all under sub-100ms latency and offline-first constraints.
You’ll not only deliver responsive dashboards and resilient backend services, but also design and orchestrate AI agents that assist operators, automate workflows, and ensure reliable mission outcomes in defense and safety-critical environments.
Your profile
Core Responsibilities
AI/Agentic Integration (50%)
* Orchestrate and embed multi-agent systems (CrewAI, LangChain, Haystack).
* Design AI-assisted decision support features directly in the operator UI.
* Debug and monitor multi-agent workflows with failure recovery.
Full-Stack Architecture (25%)
* Build event-driven microservices (Rust/Python) with message queues (MQTT).
* Design offline-first architectures with smart sync and conflict resolution.
* Integrate PostgreSQL, Redis, and CouchDB for caching and replication.
* Containerize services for edge deployment (Linux, Docker/K8s).
Frontend Development (15%)
* Build real-time dashboards with React + TypeScript.
* Design intuitive, high-stakes UIs (Material Design, responsive across devices).
* Develop advanced visualizations for multidimensional sensor & agent outputs.
* Optimize rendering pipelines for sub-100ms operator feedback.
Production Robustness (10%)
* Deploy and operate fullstack + agentic systems in field conditions.
* Implement low-latency inference pipelines for threat detection & anomaly analysis.
* Ensure observability, monitoring, and graceful degradation under degraded connectivity.
* Troubleshoot cross-stack issues across frontend, backend, and AI agents.
