As a Global Innovation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our global marketing strategy. You'll lead product developments from concept to launch, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop new products and ranges, overseeing end-to-end processes from concept to market launch.
* Drive consumer-focused innovation, aligning it with brand identity and market trends.
* Evaluate technical documentation and packaging compliance with regulations.
* Maintain brand consistency across marketing and product interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and affiliates to support global initiatives.
Key Requirements:
* At least 7 years of experience in brand management for FMCG and mass consumption products.
* Strong sense of brand equity and creative concept development.
* Effective project management skills to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams.
* Problem-solving mindset and responsible attitude.
* Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
* Highly skilled in Photoshop.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
