Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice assisting U.S.-based customers, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience every time they reach out. Whether it’s answering questions, providing support, or resolving concerns, you’ll be making a real impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from U.S. customers
* Offer accurate and helpful information using our internal tools and systems
* Support customers with empathy, professionalism, and product knowledge
* Occasionally upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
* Prior customer service experience preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer literacy and ability to navigate systems
* Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Availability to work evening/overnight shifts
