Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in Frankfurt am Main. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes following the restaurant's high standards. Daily tasks include managing a specific section of the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef in ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, maintaining cleanliness and food safety practices, checking and managing inventory, and collaborating with other team members to provide an excellent dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, plating, and garnishing
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety standards
* Teamwork, communication skills in ENGLISH, and the ability to work under pressure
* Organizational and time-management skills to maintain efficiency and meet service deadlines
* Formal culinary training or certifications are a plus
* Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a similar role in a restaurant setting
* Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
