IT Project Director Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Director to oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
* Key Responsibilities:

* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
* Ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to expected quality standards.
* Adhere to established project management methodologies.
* Monitor and mitigate potential risks.
* Project Scheduling and Control:
* Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
* Implement changes as needed to meet project objectives.
* Document and evaluate project progress.
* Project Development Oversight:
* Produce comprehensive project documentation.
* Report project status to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with significant experience as an IT project manager in the technology sector.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and JIRA.
6. Critical thinking and analytical mindset.
7. Excellent English language skills; proficiency in German is advantageous, with additional languages considered beneficial.
8. Experience with Avaloq Core Banking software.
