Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple legal entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions, payments, accruals, and provisions
• Support the development and continuous improvement of internal accounting and finance processes
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure high-quality financial data across all entities
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation and contribute to the ongoing development of the finance systems landscape
• Prepare management reports, analyses, and financial insights to support business decision-making
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, digitalization projects, and process improvement activities

Qualifikation

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship combined with relevant accounting experience
• Professional experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or a related field
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and German GAAP (HGB)
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software, as well as strong Excel skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and modern finance processes.
• Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage
