Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service.
* Contribute to the bank's growth strategy and develop the value proposition
* Research and identify business opportunities with new customers
* Develop a growth strategy, foster long-term customer relationships with professional intermediaries, including law firms, fiduciaries, and family offices (B2B and B2C)
* Maintain market knowledge to detect and/or anticipate commercial opportunities
* Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads
* Attend and coordinate events (seminars, conferences)
* Utilize internal CRM systems for tracking business development activities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business growth through strategic planning and relationship building
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in front-function roles within banking or financial services
* Strong international network of MFO/SFO & Professional Intermediaries
* Excellent analytical skills, particularly in KYC/AML compliance
* Solid understanding of wealth structuring, wealth management products, and services
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships
* Proven negotiation skills and deal closure
* High integrity and ethics
* Relevant University background in Finance
* Fluent English and French, with additional languages an asset
