We are looking for an "IT Technician (Cabling & DataCenter)" to strengthen the teams within Cronos Europa. As an IT Technician, you will play a key role within Foundation Services, a team of 35 employees based across 3 countries, supporting IT infrastructures. Responsibilities Based in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for: Installation and Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and modifying IT infrastructure equipment (switches, routers, security devices, Wi-Fi). Technical Documentation: Creating and updating diagrams, technical sheets, and operational procedures related to the IT environment. Capacity Planning & Reporting: Monitoring capacities, delivering detailed reports, and proposing improvements. Asset Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the reception, installation, connection, relocation, and decommissioning of equipment. Profile At least 3 years of experience managing DataCenter-type infrastructures or large enterprise IT rooms Strong analytical and communication skills: ability to effectively analyze and solve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in French is mandatory; English is an asset Autonomy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility On-site work at the client's premises in Strasbourg. No remote work possible Technical skills: Strong knowledge of structured cabling Solid understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN) and Wi-Fi Proven experience in IT asset inventory management (recording, traceability, CMDB, statistics, and reporting) Why cronos europa?
