Research in support of content creation for internal communications channels, e.g. intranet, as well as external channels, e.g. corporate website and corporate social media. Bring creativity to contribute ideas to improve the engagement of our target audiences on social media and internal channels. Oversee the development and maintenance of project protocols and standards to drive successful event execution. Liaise and manage internal and external service providers as required for individual projects. Assist in retrieving, maintaining, and updating digital performance metrics and analytics for the team. Bring a partnership mindset to build strong relationships with our collaborators and deliver on campaign objectives. Having an acute eye and experience in improving processes would be highly appreciated.
