About The Job
We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our ESG & Finance function in a full-time capacity. This role is equally split between two core areas:

* ESG Due Diligences and compliance matters
* Finance reporting and operations

You will work closely with our Regulatory, Investment and Finance teams to support both internal processes and external-facing responsibilities. The ESG component focuses on ensuring that we meet our due diligence, reporting and transparency commitments toward our limited partners (LPs) and comply with relevant regulatory disclosure requirements. The finance component offers hands-on experience in fund reporting, performance monitoring, and coordination with accounting providers.

In This Role, You'll
Manage ESG & Regulatory Compliance
ESG Due Diligence
– Conduct ESG due diligence on portfolio companies using standardized templates/checklists

– Support investment teams with ESG compliance-related documentation

Annual Data Collection & LP Reporting
– Gather and consolidate ESG-related data from portfolio companies for yearly institutional LP reports

– Maintain internal data trackers and ensure timely, accurate reporting to institutional LPs

Annual Regulatory Disclosures
– Prepare annual SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation) disclosures

– Maintain and update ESG-related website disclosures

Annual Policy Maintenance
– Review ESG and related compliance policies annually for relevance and regulatory alignment

– Flag and propose updates for approval

Drive Finance Reporting & Operations
Reporting & Analysis
– Assist with internal and external reporting cycles (e.g., quarterly investor reports, internal dashboards)

– Analyze fund- and asset-level data in response to ad-hoc investor inquiries

Capital Calls & Distributions
– Prepare capital call and distribution notices in collaboration with the investment team

Performance Monitoring
– Support the monitoring and evaluation of investment performance to inform reporting and analysis

Accounting Support
– Assist in preparing annual financial statements and monthly accounting routines in coordination with external providers

– Process travel expenses and support day-to-day finance admin tasks

Data Maintenance & Strategic Tools
– Maintain up-to-date information in financial and operational systems to support strategic insight generation

Your Profile

* 2–5 years of relevant work experience in operations, compliance, or structured administrative rules that require strong execution, attention to detail, and ownership of recurring processes
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines, follow through on deliverables, and coordinate across stakeholders
* Strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
* Comfort working with structured data, spreadsheets, and compliance templates
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel
* Basic knowledge of accounting (especially HGB) and a basic understanding of German tax regulations are helpful but not required
* Familiarity with ESG concepts is desirable
