Your Mission As Regional Sales Manager North, you’ll lead the commercial rollout in Northern Germany. You’ll recruit and develop a high-performing sales team, drive regional strategy, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take full ownership of your region—with the freedom to shape, build, and grow. What You’ll Do Build and lead a team of Key Account Managers. Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with national goals. Engage with healthcare professionals and key accounts. Collaborate across medical, market access, and marketing teams. Who You Are You’re a seasoned commercial leader with: 10+ years in pharma or biotech sales, including regional leadership. Experience launching products and driving growth. Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Fluency in German and proficiency in English. Willingness to travel extensively across your region.
