Your future responsibilities:
* Order preparation for outgoing and incoming goods
* Consolidating orders and creating picking batches
* Managing and monitoring the picking process
* Monitoring order transmission and order structure
* Preparing and monitoring stock transfers and consolidation transports
* Maintaining constant customer contact and serving as the point of contact regarding order status and actions
* Participating in medium- and long-term personnel planning
* Responsible for written and telephone customer support (B2B
What we’re looking for:
* Completed vocational training in logistics or a business-related field with relevant professional experience
* Experience working with warehouse management systems
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Strong numerical skills and analytical abilities
* Good German and English language skills
