Senior Optics Engineer (m/f/d)
Drive innovation in globally significant projects focused on advancing optical interconnect technologies.
Translate customer and market requirements into robust product concepts and engineering solutions.
Support seamless transition of designs into scalable manufacturing processes.
Master's Degree, or similar, in Electrical Engineering, Optical Physics or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the fiber-optic communications, photonic semiconductors, or optical components industry, with a proven track record in successful product developments and new product introductions.
Proficiency in CAD and optical simulation tools, specifically with ProE, Ansys Interconnect, Zemax or similar software, with the ability to create and modify complex designs.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel for data analysis and presentation.
Six-Sigma Green Belt
Experience in software programming (e.g. C, C++, Matlab, Labview, Phyton)
Excellent English (spoken and written), German language skills is a plus
