On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated individual to join the Account Management team. Your Responsibilities
As a member of the Account Management team, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and support them in growing their businesses on the platform.
1. Manage and develop your own portfolio of restaurant partners
2. Be the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term relationships
3. Support restaurants with topics like positioning, revenue optimization, and online marketing
4. Develop action plans together with Sales and Marketing teams for your partners
5. Plan and market promotions, deals, and campaigns to increase restaurant visibility
6. Negotiate commercial terms to create a win-win situation for both sides
7. Ensure that quality standards and platform guidelines are adhered to
8. Train your restaurant partners on how to use digital tools
9. Work closely with internal teams to improve products and services based on market and customer feedback
What You Bring
10. Fluent in German with good command of English
11. At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, customer management, or a similar role
12. Independent, goal-oriented work style with a strong focus on results
13. Confidence in negotiations and commercial conversations, even over the phone
14. Understanding of revenue optimization and commercial performance topics
15. Analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving for customers
16. Ability to quickly build trust and develop long-term business relationships
17. Experience in managing KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
18. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
19. Willingness to work in a hybrid model (several days per week in the office)

20. Experience in the internet, digital, or tech sector
21. Experience in selling promotions, deals, or time-limited campaigns
22. Experience with high volumes of daily customer interactions via phone or email
23. Experience managing large customer portfolios
