In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different regions while gaining hands-on experience in strategic procurement, savings tracking, and reporting using modern digital tools. With close proximity to global production sites and direct insight into operational processes, your work will help shape strategic decisions and deliver measurable results.
Your Challenge in Detail
1. You will support the development of business cases for sourcing decisions
2. You will follow up on procurement negotiation outcomes and ensure alignment on next steps
3. You will support the structuring and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks and tools
4. You will support creating and maintaining management presentations and dashboards in PowerPoint (including think-cell)
5. You will support procurement meetings, including preparation and follow-up activities
Your Competence is in Demand
6. Current full-time studies in the field of Business Administration, Procurement/Supply Chain/Operations or a related field
7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, ideally ThinkCell
8. Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers
9. Very good English language skills, written and spoken; good German skills
10. Independent, structured and reliable working style
11. Initial experience in procurement/supply chain or in a medical-technical environment, as well as basic knowledge of SAP, is a plus
