Supply Chain Optimization Specialist
The role of a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist involves ensuring the seamless availability of products within the European market.
Closely collaborating with the Demand Planning Team and acting as the logistical interface between European sales organizations and the Customer Service Team is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring delivery schedules to guarantee timely product releases.
* Managing excess stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
* Driving the expediting process in the event of inventory shortages to minimize disruptions.
* Introducing new products and managing associated ramp-up and phase-out planning.
* Executing demand planning for orders placed with external suppliers.
* Planning and tracking market promotions to enhance business growth.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Completed commercial vocational training and/or a relevant degree.
* Proficiency in working with MRP systems and SAP.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
