The Opportunity
This position works out of our region Passau, München, Ulm, Reutlingen in the Abbott Diabetes Care - Abbott GmbH. We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
Your Tasks:
1. Achieving or overachieving sales and market share targets, KPIs as defined and driving profitable growth in the assigned region (in alignment with Area & National strategy and goals)
2. Leading a team of 8-12 direct reports (Sales Representatives)
3. Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
4. Driving profitable growth in the assigned region
5. Driving profitable revenue growth through volume, account and expense management, both through market share gain, market and account analysis
6. Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward
7. Successful implementation of country product launches
Your Qualification:
8. Post graduate diploma or University degree and 3-5 years leadership experience
9. 3-5 years experience in either Pharma or Medical Device
10. Strong knowledge of competitive and diabetes technology landscape
11. Proven ability to work as a RSM with KOLs in the Healthcare segment
12. Fluent in German and good in English language
13. Experience in leading high-performance teams
14. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
