The Annax Site Finance Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team, partnering with leaders from other areas of the business such as Operations, Supply Chain, Product Line and Quality to achieve the business plan.
The Site Finance Manager will lead the Operations Finance analysis, forecasting, and reporting for the site. The role will need to be able to understand the needs and deliver results for multiple stakeholders, including Finance (P/L, Ops & Accounting) and Operations leadership. The site finance leader will also lead integration of finance processes/tools/ERP to create one harmonized Annax process & team.
Coordinate regular reporting and analysis across P/L’s, Ops & Accounting teams. Project/product level deep dives to review profitability, cost progression, warranty/risk level adequacy and identify as-bid vs execution margin gaps
• Completed studies in finance, business administration, controlling
Several years of professional experience in the area of financial management, ideally in a production or industrial environment
Sound knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting
Experience working with ERP systems and integrating financial processes and tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and derive decision-relevant information
Fluent German speaker, and very good knowledge of spoken and written English (international reporting lines)
