Internship for Summer term 2026 in Freiburg in Breisgau (partly Home Office)
Are you passionate about connecting people and enabling them in using data and AI tools? In this internship,
you’ll help build and grow our internal Data & AI Communities by supporting initiatives that foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
You’ll work closely with application owners, leads, and managers to mainly organize events, curate content, create training programs and explore
tools that empower people in their data skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop both community-building and technical skills in an
open and future-facing environment.
Internship growing an internal AI Community (f/m/d)
1. Support the planning and execution of the Data & AI Community events, including logistics, and communication.
2. Curate and manage content for community channels, e.g. success stories.
3. Assist in identifying and onboarding community contributors, helping to foster engagement and collaboration across departments.

4. You are currently studying in a field such as Business Administration, Communication, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
5. You are enthusiastic about bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and creating engaging events/workshops.
6. You impress with your proactive mindset, creativity, and ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
7. (Optional) You have interest in data and AI tools and are eager to learn more.
8. You are fluent in English.
9. You enjoy working independently, are reliable, and open to feedback and continuous learning.
