* Lead assessments on evolving business models to identify opportunities for E.ON's positioning in the Flex market.
* Translate insights into actionable guidance for product, commercial, and technology teams.
* Drive ecosystem partnerships across hardware, software, and service layers – from LOIs to integrated commercial models.
* Craft future-ready propositions that bring together flexibility hardware, orchestration capabilities, and energy products.
* Connect the dots across regions to facilitate strategic alignment and knowledge flow.
Required Skills:
* Strategic mindset with hands-on drive to shape and land concrete initiatives.
* Flex and DER market knowledge to understand emerging ecosystems.
* Strong partnership toolkit to structure LOIs, MoUs, or strategic partnerships.
* Analytical and commercial acumen to think in business models, value chains, and regulatory opportunities.
* 5+ years in strategy, business development, partnerships, or corporate innovation – ideally in energy, mobility, or digital platforms.
* Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); German or Dutch a plus.
* Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field. MBA or post-grad in energy systems a plus.
