What you'll be doing Plan and design cost-efficient software and/or hardware architecture aligned with higher-level architectural standards Define development guidelines and ensure compliance with non-functional requirements (quality, security, modifiability, extensibility) Oversee requirements, architecture, software design, and implementation within defined scope Document architecture using Clario’s “Views and Beyond Architecture Documentation” methodology Validate implementation through regular code reviews and provide technical guidance Solve technical challenges across all development lifecycle phases Mentor and train R&D staff on technical topics Ensure compliance with Solution and Enterprise Architecture standards Promote “security-by-design” principles, ensuring data privacy and secure application interfaces Support training plans and contribute to R&D process improvements What we look for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Cloud certification (e.g., AWS or Azure Architect) is desirable 3 years’ experience in software/hardware architecture and development Proficiency in UML 2.1 and experience with Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) Strong background in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation Understanding of IaaS, Private Cloud, data-centre infrastructure, and network technologies Experience in application migration to Cloud and Domain-Driven Design Knowledge of software engineering frameworks, risk management, and security best practices At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
