Duties and responsibilities: * You will assume overall responsibility for marketing and product management for the Sterile Technology product segment * You will be responsible for the elaboration of strategic goals, the definition of operational goals and the management of implementation * You communicate these goals to the markets in cooperation with colleagues from Global Marketing and related areas as the basis for joint implementation * You will design a future-proof development and expansion of the product portfolio with regard to indication-oriented product and service concepts based on current and future customer needs and in active cooperation with the regions / countries * You will create marketing campaigns on key topics in the field of sterile technology and manage the international rollout on our internal and external multimedia channels * You will lead the preparation, monitoring and control of new product launches * You will advise and support the local sales and marketing organizations in the implementation of strategic objectives * You will be responsible for budget planning and adherence as well as monitoring of sales and contribution margin targets * You ensure compliance with the process flows as well as the normative and regulatory requirements in accordance with the integrated management system * You define departmental goals and objectives and provide leadership, coaching and support to team members in achievinggoals and objectives Professional competencies: * You have a degree in business administration or medical-technical studies * You have several years of sound professional experience in medical technology with a focus on international marketing and sales (ideally with international experience and management responsibility) * You have good knowledge in the field of sterile supply in hospitals * You have a technical understanding of cooperation with R&D and production * You are business fluent in English, other foreign languages are desirable Personal competencies: * You are an open-minded leader with the ambition to continuously develop your employees and yourself * You have strong problem-solving skills and strategic foresight combined with the ability to translate customer requirements into solution-oriented product and service concepts * You have a confident and convincing demeanor paired with high social competence, sensitivity and diplomacy as well as integrative team building * Willingness to travel internationally is a prerequisite * You build trust and treat others with respect and appreciation * You drive innovation and change and value new methods and approaches Benefits: * Company pension plan * Own company restaurant with a varied and well-balanced menu * B.
