As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues via email for German Market.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
* Process manual refunds and address GDPR-related complaints with care and accuracy.
* Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.

* Recognizing customer needs.
* Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
* Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.
* Participation in specialized training.
* Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools.
* Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
* Fluency in German Language, C1/C2 level.
* Fluency in English Language, C1 level.
* Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
* Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status.
* Able to work rotating shifts.
* Computer and Internet literate.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.
