This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of Lenovo's services through strategic partnerships with distribution partners in the region.Key Responsibilities :Sales Strategy : Build and execute sales strategies to grow services revenue and market sharePartner Management : Manage and grow partnerships with distributors and etailers across DACHPartner Enablement : Support and train partners to boost Lenovo services salesCustomer Engagement : Engage with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retentionMarket Insights : Analyze market trends to guide strategy and improve partner resultsCross-Functional Alignment : Align with internal teams to deliver smooth executionPerformance Tracking : Track partner performance and drive continuous improvementSMB Planning : Lead SMB-focused business planning and executionBusiness Reviews : Run regular business reviews to spot growth and fix issuesQualifications :Experience : Proven track record in sales and partner development, preferably within the technology or services industry.Knowledge : Strong understanding of the distribution landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
