Your role

As Finance Manager (m/f/d) you report directly to the regional Finance VP and the Drinkstar Managing Director. You are responsible for all financial activities of Drinkstar related business. In general, the Finance Manager is managing and coordinating his team, is responsible for governance and legal compliance and drives all financial accounting, business analysis, controlling and financial projects. You will be member of the extended EAME Finance Leadersip team. You will also be member of the local leadership team and the contact person for local authorities, external auditors and local business representatives. In addition the Finance Manager serves as integration manager in case of acqusitions and drives standardization together with the financial Symrise organization.
This requisition is a fulltime position to be located at our Drinkstar site in Rosenheim, Germany.

• You lead and supervise the local finance team and decide on actions.
• You support and act according to the Symrise principles, code of conduct and values.
• You are responsible for the governance and legal compliance and drive all financial accounting, business analysis and financial projects.
• You are responsible for managing cash flow and treasury operations to secure liquidity and mitigate financial risks.
• You are the main point of contact person for local authorities, external auditors and local business representatives.
• You serve as integration manager in case of acquisitions and drive standardization together with the financial Symrise organization.
• You represent Drinkstar internally and externally and act as deputy for the Managing Director in case of absence.
• You lead and supervise the Drinkstar IT landscape in alignment with Symrise guidlines and policies.

Your Profile

• You successfully completed your University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or equivalent.
• You have extensive IFRS and HGB knowledge as well as experience and know-how in IT systems.
• You have at least 8 years of professional experience in finance and controlling of an internationally operating company.
• You have in-depth knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS as well as tax law.
• You have practical experience in the management of a subsidiary and with HQ.
• You have experience in leading teams and projects.
• You have a good understanding of economic correlations and broad knowledge of commercial topics.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken german and english.
