Job Title:
A senior role exists for a talented professional in the Risk Office to oversee the development of advanced methodologies and tools to measure, monitor, and manage financial risk and capital.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deploy new models / IT applications to support the organization's goals.
2. Provide expert support to internal clients concerning existing models / IT applications used by the Risk Office.
3. Formulate use cases for existing or new models / IT applications, considering the needs of the Risk Office divisions relative to the overall IT environment.
4. Contribute to streamlining RO internal processes, mapping, standardizing, controlling, and automating workflows, documents, templates, and electronic records.
5. Offer change management support in model / IT development projects.
Candidate Profile:
* A degree in quantitative fields such as Computer Science/Engineering or a relevant area is required.
* At least three years of professional experience in model development / IT engineering and/or innovation are necessary.
* Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is preferred.
* Business analysis and change management experience would be an asset.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint online, Business Object, Microsoft 365, Smart-IT is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills, prioritisation, and meeting deadlines, with strong result and customer orientation.
* Understanding of the institution's mission, organisation, and activities.
* Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other EU languages is advantageous.
