The business areas are ATL and BTL with a focus on advertising, media planning and buying, digital media, event, interior design, exhibition and retail planning and sponsorship / sports marketing.

Responsibilities:
* Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
* Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
* Assists payroll process with all local, state and federal regulations.
* Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
* Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
* Maintain HR systems and processes.
* Provide support and guidance about HR topics.
* Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by your company.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering personal data.
* Ability to accurately follow instructions.
