Your tasks
1. Advise and develop concepts based on CRM best practices
2. Design and document business requirements in collaboration with our customer service experts
3. Serve as the main point of contact for all technical aspects of CRM implementations
4. Create and oversee strategic roadmaps for the development of our CRM architecture
5. Implement and customize CRM requirements using Salesforce standard functionalities
6. Ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented CRM solutions
Your profile
7. Several years of experience in Salesforce, ideally in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
8. Strong understanding of customer-centric business processes in service, marketing, and sales
9. Comprehensive understanding of CRM applications and their integration via interfaces
10. AI knowledge, preferably Einstein Service and Salesforce AI features
11. You are proactive, think strategically, and find smart solutions for complex challenges
12. You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with others and is open to new challenges
13. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
