LOCATION: ZAGREB | FULL-TIME | PERMANENT
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Supporting the Country Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for the Adria region
* Maintaining and expanding strong relationships with existing retail customers and regional decision-makers
* Assisting in the acquisition of new customers and preparation of listings, product presentations, and promotional concepts
* Coordinating with internal teams in Germany and Croatia (d.o.o.) to ensure customer needs, product launches, and promotional activities are executed seamlessly
* Monitoring sales figures and analyzing KPIs to identify growth opportunities and derive actionable measures
* Supporting administrative and back-office processes such as maintaining customer master data, managing price conditions, and ensuring accurate documentation
* Assisting with trade fairs, customer events, and store checks to ensure brand visibility and category performance
WHAT YOU BRING
* A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification
* First experience in key account management, sales, or FMCG – ideally in the beauty, lifestyle or retail sector
* Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally

* A structured and proactive mindset with a high sense of responsibility and ownership
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus
* Fluent English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of Croatian or another language from the Adria region is an advantage
