Responsibilities - Prepare forecasts, budgets, and multi-year plans - Carry out regular and ad-hoc financial analyses - Develop relevant analysis models to support effective site management - Create internal reporting, KPIs, and follow-up measures - Communicate extensively with management, colleagues, and headquarters finance teams - Cooperate with different departments (operations, accounting, etc.) - Conduct process analysis and propose corrective actions - Support projects focused on process design and improvement Requirements - Degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field - Several years of experience in a comparable role - Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting in an international environment - Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus - Fluency in German and English languages - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently with a hands-on mentality and high level of commitment Offer - Yearly gross salary of 65 000 EUR - Company pension scheme - Job bike - Refreshments on site - Opportunities for personal development and career growth Please be informed, that you need to be eligible to live and work in EU in order to be considered for the role.
