Requirements
SAP Consultant FI/CO
1. Must have 8+ years of relevant consulting SAP FI/CO experience.
2. Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
3. Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
4. Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English both to a minimum B2 level, project-related mobility/willingness to travel
5. Managing full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in the area of SAP Finance and/or Controlling
6. Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
7. Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
8. Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
9. Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
10. Profound Finance and Controlling process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
