Project Manager – Building Automation (Germany) Berlin BMS | Large-Scale TGA Projects
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value Building Automation projects across Germany. If you excel in technical coordination, thrive on delivering complex systems, and enjoy managing multidisciplinary teams, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage full lifecycle delivery of BMS, fire, and security projects
Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractors
Drive on-site coordination and ensure compliance with technical specs
Lead client communication, progress reviews, and risk management
Champion safety and quality across all project phases
What You Bring
~5+ years’ experience managing building automation or TGA projects
~ Strong knowledge of BMS, HVAC controls, fire detection, and security systems
~ Proven success delivering multi-million-euro technical projects
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
~ Ability to travel across Germany
~ Fluent in German & English
