As a Head of Operations (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will lead our Operations teams, drive high-impact operational and cross-functional initiatives, and directly work with the COO and CEO in scaling our business sustainably and strategically.
What you’ll be doing
* Strategic Project Management: Identify, plan, and implement key initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, driving business improvement and customer satisfaction.
* Operational Steering & Forecasting: Steer operations by defining capacity needs, optimizing forecasts, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
* Performance Analysis & Decision-Making: Evaluate key operational metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and outcomes.
* Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement robust workflows that enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
* Team Development & Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you need to shine
* Relevant Experience: 3-4 years strong experience in operations, ideally in a start up environment. 2-4 years in top-tier consulting would be beneficial.
* Analytical Strength: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
* Conceptional Skills: Strong ability to understand and map out processes as well as improve them over time.
* Decision-Making: Ability to make fast, independent decisions based on robust data analysis.
* Operational Expertise: Proficient in KPI tracking, demand forecasting, and process improvement methods.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, develop, and align teams toward common goals, while providing clear direction, support, and accountability in a dynamic environment.
* Language Skills: fluent in German and English.
