As a Senior Customer Partner, you'llbe at theforefrontofdrivingproactiveaccountgrowthforourclients in Germany. Yourresponsibilities will includedeveloping strong relationshipswithcustomers and keybusinessexecutives, answeringtoclientqueries, and identifyingnewbusinessopportunitiesamongexisting and newcustomers.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Support in negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and growth
4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
5. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
6. Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
7. Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
8. Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status
9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within your territory
10. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
11. Proven work experience (7+ years) in account management or a relevant role
12. Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
13. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint)
14. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
15. Experience delivering client-focused solutions
16. Ability to manage multiple projects and demands while maintaining attention to detail
17. Strong communication skills in a complex matrix with clients, external and internal partners, as well as cross-functional teams
18. Knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices, especially within IT and Automotive
19. Strong verbal and written communication skills
20. BA/BS or MA/MS degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
