As our Retail Business Transformation Manager you will be working on the development and implementation of the retail network representation plan for Hyundai sales and service activities, work on the implementation of retail transformation strategy and support implementation in selected European region as well as managing the cooperation with external partners, ensure the creation of the best customer and brand experience and monitor its effectiveness.

• Enhancement of customer experience based customer feedback and mystery shoppers by developing and implementing effective programs and action plans, including follow up and monitoring
• Enhancement of customer satisfaction based customer feedback and mystery shoppers by developing and implementing effective programs and action plans, including follow up and monitoring
• Enhancing Hyundai retailers profitability and remuneration and support activities to provide best retailer profitability opportunities
• Implementation of Hyundai Omni channel strategy to create seamless customer experience from online to offline and vv.
• Implementation of digital solutions to enhance customer experience both online and offline

Requirements:
• University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in related position or specialization
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• High analytical and Problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suit
• Experience and passion for automotive industry is a plus
